Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent plus two years of experience with people with disabilities in rehabilitation.
• Approved combination of experience and education.
• Valid California Driver’s License, a clean driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and/or individual support in the community per the Individualized Personal Plan.
• Lead curriculum development and staff training.
• Travel with and transport clients in the local community.
• Develop activities to build relationships, skills, and experience in the community.
• Advocate for consumers and implement behavioral support plans as needed.
• Complete required forms, IPPs, and documentation; maintain professional relationships.
