Job summary

Children's Home Society of Florida is seeking a part-time Community Partnership Schools Hub Coordinator in Orlando to coordinate school-based hubs and oversee a community pantry. The role requires strong administrative skills, community engagement, and on-site work.

You will greet visitors, manage front desk operations, organize data and communications, and supervise pantry activities while ensuring compliance with health standards and safety measures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent, required.
• Florida Driver’s License within 30 days from hire with daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle, required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Perform reception duties, when needed, to include answering calls and directing them to the appropriate person/department.
• Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
• Maintain and update office supply inventory.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized.
• Oversee daily operations of the school food pantry to ensure community needs are met while resources are used effectively.
• Manage inventory of food and non-food items, including ordering, receiving and organizing stock.
