Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with LIHTC, Section 8 or other housing programs is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of owned properties and preserve property value while generating income.
• Conduct tenant selection, leasing, and related documentation across properties (Lansing and Flint).
• Ensure lease compliance, rent collection, notices, evictions and payment plans.
• Coordinate with banks, employers, and government agencies for income verification and certifications.
• Maintain tenant income certification data in required systems and perform quarterly updates.
• Provide leadership and supervision of staff; manage and evaluate site performance and weekly reports.
