Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of the entire facility with emphasis on common areas and apartment bathrooms
• Operate laundry equipment when needed
• Report deterioration or damage to housekeeping supervisor
• Use approved cleaning products and store supplies properly
• Dust and clean window blinds, furniture, and fixtures in resident areas
• Vacuum common areas and resident apartments
• Maintain resident privacy/confidentiality at all times
