Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to complete tasks thoroughly and on time.
• Team player with residents and staff.
• Stand/walk/bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean common living areas and resident apartments.
• Oversee cleaning with emphasis on common areas and apartment bathrooms.
• Operate laundry equipment as needed.
• Report maintenance and supply needs to housekeeping supervisor.
• Dust furniture and blinds; vacuum common areas and apartments; maintain bathrooms.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality; follow policies on information release.
• Other duties as assigned.
