Cardinal Group Companies seeks a detail-oriented Housekeeper for our Tallahassee community. Responsibilities include cleaning apartments, common areas, bathrooms, and shared facilities, with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years of housekeeping experience, a high school diploma (preferred), and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; team-oriented environment with potential benefits eligibility.

Formación

• 1-2 years professional housekeeping experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow written instructions; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal cleanliness standards.
• Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs).
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, apartment units, laundry rooms, fitness center, retail space, and common areas as directed.
• Clean bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures in apartments and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets and mop tile floors where applicable.
• Spot clean walls and windows; dust furniture and empty trashcans.
• Maintain baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents; monitor inventory of supplies.
• Report service requests to management; perform on-call duties as needed.
• Support community operations and residents with courteous, professional service.
