Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Additional Training: Completion of 75 Hours Community Health Worker Core Training (Required)

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EPIC) (Preferred)
• Experience in medical or health-related fields and knowledge of medical terminology (Preferred)
