Job summary

Community Healthcare Network is seeking a Nurse/RN-Per Diem to assist clinic clients, implement physicians’ orders, and address health problems through counseling and supportive care. The role requires NYS RN licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team in our New York clinics.

Qualifications

• Must be currently registered to practice as a RN in New York State.
• CPR certification required or plan to obtain within six months.
• Strong communication and nursing knowledge to support diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and evaluates nursing plans for all patients.
• Executes physicians’ orders and administers prescribed meds.
• Records and interprets nursing services and patient responses.
• Collaborates with health team to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintains standards of nursing practice and participates in meetings.
• Performs venipuncture and triage education as needed.
