Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois.

• Ability to work independently and with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor changes in health status.
• Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories.
• Provide nursing care per protocols and provider direction.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered.
• Assist providers with examinations and follow-up care.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.
