Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine.
• Current and active District of Columbia medical license.
• Board eligible or board certified in the appropriate medical specialty.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours coverage.

Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive patient histories and conduct physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and provide preventive care.
• Refer patients to hospitals, specialists, and social services as needed.
• Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record and support quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams on population health management.
