Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification within required timeframe.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, techniques, and treatment modalities.
• Ability to evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish professional relationships with patients, families, and coworkers.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use electronic medical record systems.
• Must demonstrate professional integrity, ethical behavior, dependability, and commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities
