Job summary

The candidate will lead staff, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, and coordinate with hospital/clinic leadership to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• 2 years pharmacy management experience; 3-5 years pharmacy experience overall.
• Pharmacist registration in the applicable state.
• Immunization certification or willingness to become certified within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with admin and physician leadership to implement pharmacist-driven services.
• Develop and implement practice agreements to improve high-risk patient medication adherence.
• Ensure 340B compliance and proper dispensing and labeling practices.
• Maintain accurate prescription records and secure the pharmacy area.
• Supervise staffing and ensure regulatory compliance in the pharmacy.
