Responsabilités

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas by analyzing and interpreting reports and implementing action plans.
Oversees community outreach programs and encourages associates to serve the community.
Maintains confidentiality of information and records per HIPAA and applicable guidelines.
Dispense medications, counsel patients, and administer immunizations while ensuring patient care quality.
Prepare for HRSA, OSV, OPA audits or other reviews with Pharmacy Administrator and compliance team.
Manage inventory, returns, and prevent third-party insurance fraud.
