Job summary

Lynn Community Health Center is seeking a Primary Care Nurse (RN/LPN) to deliver patient care in ambulatory settings, including triage, vaccines, and education, while supporting clinic flow and coordination with the team.

The role requires MA RN licensure, BLS, and a history of reliability. Flexible hours are offered (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with occasional till 8:00 p.m. once weekly) and bilingual skills are preferred to serve diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• Current MA RN Licensure
• BLS certification
• History of good attendance and positive work attitude

Responsibilities

• Triages patients by telephone or in person to determine urgency and level of care needed.
• Utilizes Provider’s orders for administering and refilling medications per Medication Safety Policies.
• Administers vaccines in accordance with written orders and CDC/Immunization Guidelines.
• Utilizes Infection Control and Prevention techniques in all areas of clinical performance.
