BNHC in Brockton, MA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced, community health setting. You will support providers, manage patient flow, and perform clinical nursing tasks in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current MA LPN licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain licensure and certifications
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Prepare patients for physicals, sick visits, and exams.
• Document vital signs and clinical information in the EHR.
• Administer medications, injections, and oxygen therapy.
• Perform CLIA-waived testing and venipuncture.
• Assist providers during exams, maintaining sterile technique.
• Support triage, referrals, appointments, and nurse visits.
• Provide patient education and support prescription refills.
• Participate in PCMH activities and hospital discharge follow ups.
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of equipment.
