Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in health care or customer/service roles with insurance exposure.
• Experience with state and federal health insurance programs preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet enrollment goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Assist with enrollment processes and applicant interviews.
• Coordinate with community agencies and events for outreach.
• Educate members on plan features, premiums, and required documents.
• Submit applications by deadlines following Molina enrollment guidelines.
• Travel locally to enrollment events as needed.
