Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Community Health Education, Public Health, or related field.
• Preferred: 4+ years in public health, health education, grant administration or planning.
• Licenses: Wisconsin State Driver's License.
• Any combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and report on educational programs to meet community needs.
• Prepare and conduct public health education programs in diverse community settings.
• Assess community health needs: collect, analyze, and report data with stakeholders.
• Lead CHA and CHIP processes; prepare CHA and CHIP reports.
• Serve as a resource on health promotion for the community and county staff.
• Identify funding opportunities, write grants, and manage grant activities.
• Prepare department publications and marketing materials; manage social media.
• Coordinate department events; support population health initiatives.
