Job summary

One Community Health in The Dalles, OR is seeking a full-time dentist to provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages within our dental department. You will conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and perform procedures, while documenting care in the patient record.

You will participate in clinical quality monitoring, peer review, and departmental meetings to support ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Oregon Dental License and DEA certification required.
• Maintenance of required CDE credits and CPR/BLS.
• Credentialing and privileging review on hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
• Perform necessary dental procedures and treatments.
• Document all dental care in the patient record.
• Participate in clinical quality monitoring and peer review programs.
