Job summary

Meridian Health Services is seeking a PRN Associate Dentist for our Marion, Indiana health center, with potential coverage at Portland and Elwood locations. The role emphasizes whole-person healthcare and serving underserved communities.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited Dental School.
• Indiana license to practice dentistry required.
• CSR and DEA certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains complete dental history and physical data on patients.
• Performs a complete dental exam and assessment and records findings.
• Makes independent judgments in managing acute and long-term dental needs of patients.
• Interprets and integrates data to determine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Administers medications and injections per licensing guidelines.
• Provides telephone consultation and triage as needed.
