Tulane University is seeking a health coach to support postpartum moms using WIC services, focusing on diabetes prevention and healthy practices. You will enroll participants, coach them, collect data, and coordinate with community partners in the New Orleans area.

Functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team that conducts participant support to help postpartum moms who use Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) services achieve good health practices around diabetes prevention. Primary responsibilities include enrolling participants, health coaching, data collection and coordination with other partners within the community.
Required Background Check, Physical, and Drug Screening for Incumbents Who Have Contact or Exposure to Animals or Animal Tissues:
Selected candidates must complete and pass a background check and an occupational health screening as a condition of employment. For identified jobs, a drug screening will also be required. The background investigation, required occupational health screening, and any required drug screening will be conducted after a conditional employment offer has been extended.
