Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience.

• Hardware/home improvement or specialty retail experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, dependable and solutions oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, schedule, and develop a team of retail associates.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
