What We Do

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do

Huntress is looking for its first Community Liaison to support the EMEA region. This passionate individual will be crucial in supporting our continued company growth by building and strengthening our partnerships within the EMEA Managed Service Provider (MSP) community. You will be responsible for driving product awareness and adoption in targeted accounts for the Huntress revenue team. Huntress approaches sales as an opportunity to educate our partners through the value we bring, and this position will further that goal.

Working cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization, you will help develop and drive strategic awareness among our customer base to assist in sales efforts. Your ability to bring new business to Huntress and educate partners is critical for our continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Attend and be a consistent presence at EMEA Industry Peer Group events
  • Ensure high-value accounts are engaged with Huntress and brought into the sales cycle
  • Help develop and execute high-value accounts and growth roadmap with Community Leadership
  • Lead special projects to help support business development leadership in program development
  • Help support expansion opportunities into new Geographies
What You Bring To The Team
  • 5+ years of experience working with or for Managed Services
  • Deep understanding of managed services, specifically within the cybersecurity community
  • Strong ability to present in a public format at industry events
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both leadership and peers
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Strong ability to work independently and autonomously to ensure asynchronous work is accomplished
  • Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and systems simultaneously
  • Enjoy working collaboratively to achieve individual, team, and company goals
  • Demonstrate empathy and thoughtfulness in your professional communication
  • Demonstrate a team-before-self mindset
  • Able to travel at least 40% of the time
What We Offer
  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • New starter home office set up reimbursement (£398)
  • Generous personal leave entitlements
  • Travel to the US 1-2 times/year for various company events
  • Pension
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
