Pay Range: $82.22hr - $87.22hrResponsibilities:
- The Program Launch & Community Growth Manager will be responsible for launching strategic programs, managing a growing community of Co-hosts, and driving growth through business development, community support, and operational excellence.
- This individual will lead initiatives that empower Co-hosts to scale their businesses while contributing to strategic revenue and growth objectives.
Program Launch:
- Support recruitment and onboarding education for new Co-hosts.
- Analyze regional and territory business trends to identify scalable growth opportunities.
- Design, pilot, and test new initiatives to support Co-host growth at scale.
- Develop and maintain a community forum to expand reach and establish feedback loops for program and product support.
- Execute workshops, events, webinars, and partnerships for an integrated growth strategy.
- Adapt central programs to support regional business goals.
Co-Hosting Community Management:- Design and execute email and communication campaigns to support lifecycle engagement and education.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Co-hosts, advising and supporting them in building their property management businesses.
- Build sentiment and feedback channels to synthesize insights for product and program teams.
- Identify and pilot opportunities to increase Co-host success.
Business Strategy:- Own revenue and host growth goals.
- Develop and implement new programs and business initiatives.
- Evaluate initiative effectiveness and inform broader business strategy.
- Lead through inspiration, influence, and core values of inclusion and belonging.
Outcomes and Impact:- Contribute to strategic initiatives that unlock the next generation of hosts.
- Pioneer a new growth model and structure in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
- Develop project plans, mitigate risks, and support scalable business verticals.
- Act as a change agent using proven change management methodologies.
- Lead resource development and high-impact communications for the Co-hosting community.

Requirement/Must Have:- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Operations, or Business Development in Tech, Real Estate/Property Management, or Travel.
- Proven strategic thinking and ability to exceed growth OKRs.
