Village Media seeks a Community Lead to strengthen local engagement and economic vitality across Appleton, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, and Sheboygan. You will drive digital advertising sales, nurture relationships with businesses and nonprofits, and act as a local ambassador for our mission.

The role is remote with occasional in-person events; a valid driver’s license and vehicle are required to engage across the market.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in digital advertising sales, business development, relationship management, or community organizing.
• Ability to interact with diverse local stakeholders etc corporate executives, small business owners, academic administrators, volunteers.
• Excellent public presentation and organizational skills; ability to execute professional events.

Responsibilities

• Foster community vitality by partnering with local businesses and nonprofits to reach their goals through our advertising and services.
• Drive sales by identifying and converting new business opportunities aligned with the mission.
• Champion CARES initiatives; participate in community work and awards.
• Organize microevents and gatherings to connect stakeholders and foster growth.
• Oversee campaign delivery and serve as primary contact for client care.
