Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Porter to keep the apartment community clean and welcoming, maintain curb appeal, and support residents and staff on-site. The role requires hands-on upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas, with attention to safety and professional communication. Workdays are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. The compensation is $15 to $16 per hour, depending on experience, with lease renewal bonuses; benefits include medical, dental, and vision,

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Porter experience preferred.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and common areas.
• Assist in cleaning and preparing units including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed.
• Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company.
• Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership.
