The State of Indiana is seeking a Community Programs Fiscal Analyst and Monitor in Indianapolis, IN to review and track subgrantee financial information and CSBG programmatic monitoring. The role supports program accountability and financial integrity across awards.

The position works with the Program Managers and the Program Accounting department to track paybacks and rectify any inconsistencies in the Data Management System. Salary starts at $43,888.00 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• The Community Programs Fiscal Monitor reviews and tracks subgrantee financial information.
• Completes the fiscal portion of CSBG programmatic monitoring and tracks budget/spend down with IHCDA.
• Works with Program Managers and Program Accounting to track paybacks and rectify issues in the Data Management System.
