Encompass Health in Hoschton, GA invites an Occupational Therapist to join a compassionate rehab team at our inpatient facilities. Your work will deliver direct patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide patients toward independence with a focus on meaningful daily activities.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise care and treatments, perform assessments, and communicate clearly with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS/CPR is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments and lead patient assessments.
• Create personalized care plans and target patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships to support recovery.
