Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a partner of Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our local rehabilitation team and deliver compassionate OT services to patients pursuing independence and improved quality of life.

You will assess and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes in a community setting.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Experience delivering occupational therapy in a rehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to rehabilitation patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and adjust individualized care plans.
• Supervise care and treatments, and lead patient assessments.
• Build meaningful relationships to support recovery and independence.
