Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will supervise treatments, lead assessments, and formulate personalized care plans, while building strong patient relationships throughout recovery.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes and meaningful progress for individuals returning to independence.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
