Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Local Store Marketer (LSM) Support to help grow sales at the local level by building relationships in the community and increasing guest loyalty. The role involves coordinating events and managing our mascot, Ace the Eagle, with a strong focus on networking and creativity.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, and Roadies enjoy a weekly pay cycle and a comprehensive total rewards package after meeting eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships within the community and with local businesses.
• Ability to plan and execute community events and promotions.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Helping promote Bubba’s 33 in-house promotions.
• Building relationships during events with businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc.
• Planning and coordinating charitable and community events to position Bubba’s 33 as a community leader.
• Assisting with public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
