Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Iowa Property and Casualty Insurance License or license before start date.
• Outgoing personality capable of attracting new customers.
• Strong ability to explain policy details in plain language.
• Experience managing client accounts with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring they feel heard and well-supported.
• Attract and grow new clients; review policies during renewals to keep coverage appropriate.
• Build COIs to grow network and market to expand customers and income.
• Identify gaps in coverage and suggest solutions for peace of mind.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with the agency owner to improve office workflows and client experience.
