Job summary

E&H Ace Hardware is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead one of our locally owned retail locations in Ohio. You will own store performance, team development, and community engagement while representing a trusted local brand.

Lead day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and drive sales by delivering an exceptional customer experience. Manage inventory, merchandising, and compliance while fostering a culture of helpfulness and local trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by delivering prompt, helpful service.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Supervise staff to meet goals and policies.
• Manage inventory, shrink reduction, and product flow.
• Direct shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
• Create weekly schedules aligned to demand and goals.
• Oversee merchandising to maintain visual standards.
• Enforce safety policies and model safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and standards.
• Engage with the community and represent the store in local events.
