Responsibilities

• Performs restorative, surgical and preventive services.
• Adheres to infection control procedures.
• Reviews medical histories at each visit.
• Consults with patient health care providers as needed.
• Diagnoses dental disease and develops a written treatment plan.
• Explains treatment course to patient and secures input.
• Balances treatment plan with patient needs and clinic resources.
• Ensures prescriptions align with CHAS Health protocols.
• Participates in continuing education and staff meetings.
• Represents CHAS Health at conferences and trainings.
