Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Store Cashier to provide excellent customer service and manage sales transactions. You will greet customers and donors, operate the cash register, and ensure accurate change and receipts while following all cash handling procedures.

The role requires basic computer skills and familiarity with touch screen registers. Ideal candidates are 18+ with strong communication and prior retail or cashiering experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail and/or cashiering experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with touch screen registers.

Responsibilities

• Ring up all sales transactions accurately on the cash register.
• Greet and assist customers and donors in a courteous manner.
• Follow cash handling, check, and card transaction procedures.
• Keep the register area clean and organized during shifts.
