Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must possess CPR, EPI, Asthma, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with members.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor technology for virtual exercise classes.
• Supervise, monitor, and maintain cleanliness of fitness areas.
• Place malfunctioning equipment out of order and report it.
• Promote YMCA membership retention with a positive attitude.
