City of Atlanta’s Parks and Recreation department seeks a Community Facility Manager II to oversee the daily operation of a large community facility and supervise staff involved in programming and services.
You will manage programming, coordinate with partner agencies, prepare reports and budgets, and ensure service quality. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and four years of operations experience; a Georgia driver’s license is required and CPRP is preferred.

Education and Experience -
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree.
Four (4) years of related experience in public or non-profit human services setting, including operations management.
Licensures and Certifications -
Valid Georgia driver's license required. Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) preferred.
Preferred Requirements - Five (5) years of recreation operations management in public or nonprofit human services setting, including operations management, preferred.
Required physical, lifting, and sensory capabilities are requirements to perform the job successfully. Typical environmental conditions associated with job.
Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
