Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is seeking a Janitorial Technician to maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of our community common areas and facilities. Duties include cleaning pool areas, restrooms, dog parks, and other designated spaces while monitoring supplies and reporting maintenance needs.

You will support a safe, welcoming environment for homeowners and guests in line with established community standards. The role offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year janitorial or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate golf cart and other equipment safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, sit, and reach frequently.
• Ability to report maintenance and safety concerns.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas including pools, restrooms, dog parks, and surrounding facilities.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and maintain designated waste areas.
• Clean pool decks and common-area furnishings.
• Monitor areas for maintenance or safety issues and report promptly.
• Safely operate assigned equipment and golf carts.
• Provide professional interactions with homeowners and guests.
