Job summary

ALSO is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to serve as the frontline voice across social channels and support systems. You will engage riders, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive ALSO experience.

You’ll monitor conversations, escalate insights to Product, Marketing, and Engineering, and build a welcoming, engaged community across platforms like Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and more. Seattle hybrid work model applies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer success, customer support, or community management.
• Strong understanding of online communities and social platforms.
• Exceptional written communication, able to explain policies clearly.
• Comfortable learning and using CS, social, and commerce tools.
• Able to switch between public replies and detailed email resolutions.
• Seattle-based role with some seasonal/weekend flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions across email, voice, chat, and social.
• Own inquiries from contact to resolution, including orders and accounts.
• Troubleshoot with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Maintain accurate case notes in supporting systems.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with teams.
