Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in event coordination, sales, or community outreach.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking at events and ability to move materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and represent the company at local events, community meetings, and networking functions to foster strong relationships with community leaders that result in sales.
• Identify and develop partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and influencers to promote brand visibility and involvement.
• Accountable for sales goals as defined with local leadership team.
• Plan and execute market-specific initiatives, including sponsorships and community outreach campaigns end to end.
• Conduct activities including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals to meet targets.
• Engage with existing customers to identify needs and promote tailored solutions.
