Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in event coordination, sales, or community outreach.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical requirements: ability to walk/stand for extended periods and move equipment.
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance.

• Identify and develop partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and influencers to promote brand visibility and community involvement.

• Plan and execute market-specific initiatives, including sponsorships and community outreach campaigns.
• Conduct activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Engage with existing customers to identify needs and promote tailored solutions.
