Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, or human services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Basic computer and English skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform required physical activities.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Commitment to the required service term.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host educational workshops and resident activities.
• Partner with local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.
• Meet with residents and connect them with needed resources.
• Maintain updated resource information for residents.
• Ensure activities run smoothly.
• Meet weekly with supervisor to review goals and progress.
• Complete monthly activity and impact reports.
