Job summary

Oneleet, a fast-growing security and compliance platform, seeks a founding Community Event & Engagement Manager in the San Francisco area. You will architect the community and events experience, building programs that connect customers, prospects, and practitioners to Oneleet.

You will lead strategy, infrastructure, and moments that matter, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive pipeline and retention. Remote-first culture with SF-based events.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in event marketing, community management, field marketing, or developer/customer relations at a B2B SaaS/tech company.
• Proven experience building and managing a B2B community or event program, ideally from an early stage.
• Excellent event production skills with seamless logistics handling.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities to foster conversations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple events and programs at once.
• Creative program designer who can invent new event formats and rituals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Oneleet events calendar from intimate dinners to hosted meetups and industry conferences.
• Design event experiences that feel distinctly Oneleet and high-quality.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: venue sourcing, vendors, invitations, run-of-show, on-site, follow-up.
• Build a repeatable playbook for flagship event formats to scale without losing quality.
• Define the community event strategy, audience, value proposition, platforms, and programming.
• Collaborate with Content & Community Lead on a calendar for AMAs, Q&A, networking, and feedback loops.
• Create executive engagement programs (CISO roundtables, CTO dinners, advisory boards).
• Partner with Sales/CS to target attendees and personalize invitations.
• Develop exclusive forums for security/compliance leaders and build trusted platform perception.
• Own strategy and presence at key industry events and sponsorships.
• Define and track metrics linking events to pipeline, retention, and growth.
