Job summary

Huzzah is seeking a skilled community builder to coordinate events, nurture relationships with creative partners, and foster the internal culture that makes this place special.

You will also support our clients' event strategies, bringing the same energy to their communities as you do to ours, while juggling multiple projects and communicating clearly across teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of community management or event coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and in-person communication skills.
• Experience coordinating brand or professional events.
• Genuine passion for creative industries and building community.
• CRM or project management tool experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and build community across platforms for Huzzah and clients.
• Manage relationships with creative partners and vendors to ensure successful events.
• Support clients' event strategies and help extend community energy to their audiences.
• Foster and maintain positive internal culture within the team and with collaborators.
