YAi is an AI-powered content intelligence platform helping marketers create, evaluate and enhance text, image and video content — all in one place. Our flagship feature, ContentLift, is the first tool specifically built to assess the quality of AI-generated content and improve it across key marketing metrics like tone of voice, clarity, structure, sourcing, SEO and depth.

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Community Engagement Volunteer to help us connect with marketers across key online communities, increase brand awareness, and spark new opportunities for user growth and product adoption.

Opportunity Overview

As our Community Engagement Volunteer, you’ll represent YAi within leading marketing groups on Furlough, Reddit, Slack Groups & LinkedIn Groups, actively engaging with members, joining relevant conversations, sharing insights, and highlighting how YAi can help solve real content challenges. Your efforts will help build trust, raise visibility, and attract early adopters for our growing platform.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in online marketing communities (mainly Furlough Discord, Reddit and relevant LinkedIn & Slack groups) on a daily basis
• Research Reddit, to post or comment on existing threads like:
  • Subreddits:G23/smallbusiness
  • -r/startups
  • -‘r/Entrepreneur
• Engage in authentic conversations with marketers, founders and content creators
• Offer helpful advice and insights on content creation, AI tools and marketing best practices – always leading with value
• Identify and share organic opportunities to introduce YAi and its benefits where relevant
• Monitor community discussions to uncover common content pain points that YAi can help solve
• Share relevant content (e.g. blog posts, new feature announcements, event invites) in a non-promotional, community-first way
• Track and report on engagement outcomes, including new leads, product interest or feedback
• Collaborate with the marketing team to shape messaging and create resources for community use

Requirements

• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, helpful and engaging tone in community interactions
• Knowledge of content marketing, AI tools or SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Discord and LinkedIn groups
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Passion for startups, marketing, and building relationships
• Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day for a 3-month period
