Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct community-based learning and work experiences aligned with individual goals.
• Plan and supervise outings and activities to support employment readiness and social skills.
• Help participants build relationships with the community and peers.
• Assist individuals in pursuing integrated competitive employment through learning and diverse delivery methods.
• Document attendance, behavior, progress and write concise reports as needed.
