Job summary

Hills & Dales Child Development Center is seeking a passionate Community Engagement Specialist to advance our mission through fundraising, outreach, volunteer engagement, and communications. In this role you will support donor relations, plan and coordinate special events, and manage social media and marketing efforts to raise awareness and support for our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with donor databases, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of social media, marketing, or fundraising practices preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities
