Job summary

Hillternity in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Community Engagement Representative to be the face of our mission at public venues, sparking conversations and guiding donors through the giving process to support children and families in need.

You will represent nonprofit initiatives at events across Delaware, start conversations, assist donors with contributions, track outreach results, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation is a plus
• Experience in customer service, outreach, or event roles is helpful but not required
• Comfortable standing and speaking with the public
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and dependable work ethic

Your Responsibilities:

Represent nonprofit initiatives at events, pop-ups, and community hubs across Delaware

Start conversations and educate the public about how they can help

Assist donors in completing contributions or sign-up forms

Track your outreach results and strive toward personal milestones

Collaborate in an upbeat, team-oriented atmosphere
