Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, urban planning, or related field.
• 3–5 years in community engagement, policy work, planning, or similar.
• Experience coordinating programs and events.
• Frequent travel to Santa Fe is required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute inclusive public input strategies for Homewise's developments, including canvassing, stakeholder meetings, presentations, and public meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with local groups, stakeholders, and partners.
• Coordinate speakers and panelists for the Livability Speaker Series.
• Promote events to ensure strong turnout, working with the marketing team on materials.
• Managing fellowship recruitment, interviews, curriculum development, and ongoing engagement with fellows after the program ends.
• Track proposed and adopted local and state policies related to housing and development.
• Support policy research and analysis for Homewise's development and advocacy efforts.
• Drive community turnout for Homewise initiatives and aligned policy campaigns.
