FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Bethpage, NY is hiring a Community Engagement Relationship Manager to grow our legacy markets. You will cultivate relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups to increase brand awareness and educational programs across our service areas.

You will lead outreach initiatives, support VITA and financial literacy seminars, and collaborate with marketing and HR on employee engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-4 years of experience.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with communities, businesses, and organizations.
• Develop and execute community programs to increase brand awareness and financial literacy.
• Participate in advocacy efforts and support community events.
• Perform monthly branch visits in assigned regions.
• Coordinate financial literacy seminars / webinars and VITA tax program participation.
• Collaborate with Communications and HR to create employee engagement events.
