Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services seeks a Community Engagement Associate to represent our brand in the Dayton region and surrounding communities. This role involves engaging with local groups, events, and retail partners to build brand visibility and support sales.

You will schedule and staff displays at events, generate leads, and coordinate with the Sales Manager to meet regional goals. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public.
• Experience in sales, marketing, communications, public relations, or community engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, schedule, and participate in local events including home shows, festivals, and community gatherings.
• Set up, staff, and manage company displays at events.
• Build visibility and brand awareness through regular participation in local groups.
• Represent the company at Dayton Dragons and Rose Music Center events, including display setup and customer engagement.
• Serve as the primary contact for local retail partners, including Ace Hardware stores.
